This morning we were delighted to have Katie in Ballylifford delivering a taster session to all classes of The Calm Kit. The children absolutely loved the yoga and calming activities and felt very relaxed when returning to their classrooms. Katie will be running an after schools programme for P.5/6/7 every Monday for 6 weeks after Mid Term break. All children in P.5/6/7 have received a letter today. There are limited places available so if you wish your child to attend, please return reply slip and money ASAP.
Katie will also be delivering her programme to P.3/4 children every Monday from 2pm to 3pm.
