Problem Solving KS1
18th Sep 2023
The children enjoyed this problem solving activity, where they had to complete a grid pattern but ensure that each row and column did not have 2 of the same coloured cubes. The grid determined the amount of cubes and colours. For example a 3x3 grid allowed you to use 3 colours with 3 cubes per colour. It took a lot of thinking power but they all succeeded. They recorded their patterns by colouring in.
