Today we enjoyed a wonderful morning at the library in Cookstown. The pupils were given the opportunity to browse the library for their favourite books and enjoyed some time to sit and read quietly with their friends. Sharon from the library gave the pupils a tour of the facilities and showed them how to reference books and explained all the different ways that the library can be used. The pupils had such a lovely experience in the library and are very enthusiastic about getting signed up as a member. The staff commented on their excellent behaviour and fantastic manners throughout their visit! A very enjoyable morning!
