P1/2 went on their annual Autumn walk today searching for signs of Autumn in the community. We discussed autumn colours, leaves and trees in autumn, harvesting crops, birds and animals in Autumn and weather in Autumn. When we went on our walk we saw many signs, such as colourful, fallen crunchy leaves, lots of acorns and conkers, helicopters and some beech nuts. We had lots of fun throwing the leaves in the air and enjoying our time out in the crisp, autumnal weather.
