Our Topic In World Around Us this Term is ‘On Our Doorstep”. The children have used Google Maps to find their Locality and their homes. They navigated from local shops, Ballylifford School and The Hub to their homes by using street view. The children had a great knowledge of Ballinderry and its surrounding area and went on to make a large map of the prime locations around them. This Map of everything ‘On Our Doorstep will be used to programme Bee-bots to travel from one place to the next.
