All NI Primary Schools were encourage to complete the Daily Mile today to highlight how physical activity can benefit mental health and well-being. With the pupils off due to Staff Development Day, the children completed the Daily Mile yesterday in the glorious sunshine.
Adhering to COVID guidelines the whole school were able to complete the run altogether with P1/P2 children in their playground, the P3/P4 children in the main playground and the P5/6/7 children completing it on the grass area. The children enjoyed a little ice cream treats in the sunshine at the end of the run.
Brilliant effort by all the children. Well done everyone!
