Thank you to all the family members and especially all our Grandparents who attending our Grandparents’ Day Mass this morning which was part of Catholic Schools Week 2020.
We had a lovely Mass with our pupils playing the tin whistle, singing our Grandparents’ Day song and well done to the pupils who read Prayers of the Faithful and Communion Reflection.
It was so nice to see everyone enjoy refreshments in the school afterwards and the pupils getting an opportunity to spend time with their grandparents in school. Big thanks to Brigid Ann and Orla once again for the lovely refreshments.
Thank you to Fr. Donnelly for celebrating the mass with us and highlighting the important role that grandparents play in the children’s lives and ensuring that they help develop their faith.
