It was great to welcome back our Class of 2020 this afternoon to receive their School Leavers tops. Unfortunately, lockdown prevented the presentation in Term 3 due guideline restrictions and also a delay with the production order. The P7 pupils designed the tops themselves as a group and they turned out fantastic. Super choice everyone!
Thank you to Paul’s Ices who provided everyone with an ice cream treat, to Brigid Ann who provided tea/coffee and refreshments for the adults and also to John O’Neill Sperrins Photography who took lovely photos to mark the occasion.
It was great to see them all again wearing the uniform of their new Post-Primary schools and to meet again for one final time as a group at Ballylifford PS. It was also an opportunity to present Nicole with a memento from everyone at Ballylifford to mark her achievements as Irish Schools Swimming champion for the last two years while representing the school.
We wish the children every success for the future and thank you for being wonderful ambassadors for Ballylifford PS. #Classof2020
