Dear Parents/Carers,
It has been brought to my attention that pupils are having difficulty logging onto MY SCHOOL which is preventing the pupils using C2K NewsDesk, Microsoft TEAMS, Flipgrid.
C2K passwords for all pupils from P1-P7 have been reset to solve the issue.
I have attached photos to assist the pupils when changing their password. Please complete password reset using the following steps. Please remember to write down new password and keep somewhere safe.
Pupils can change their C2K password at the following website address https://services.c2kni.net/ums/
Pupils enter their username & current password (winter21)
Pupils then enter a new password twice followed by the verification code.
Their new password will be then updated. Please allow one hour for the update to be successful. Pupils should then be able to use all programmes and app on MY SCHOOL.
